In her recently concluded jampacked concert at SM Mall of Asia, Katty Perry picked PBB Teen Edition alumnus Ivan Dorschner (who was topless) from the crowd and gave him a kiss. What do you think Ivan did in return? Well, boys will always be boys - Ivan kissed back!
