Yes, it's confirmed! Martin Del Rosario is Gay and not personally or "Gay as Gay" but He is playing Gay role in the May 18 episode of the longest-running drama anthology in TV of ABS-CBN, Maala-ala Mo Kaya (MMK). Martin Del Rosario, who rumored to be gay, will play the life story of Miss International Queen 2012 Kevin Balot. He already portrayed a gay role in MMK in 2010's Headband episode.
